Massage Therapy

E-mail us today to set up your initial appointment
or call: 503.703.5516

When a client comes in for their initial massage appointment, they should arrive 15 minutes early. This allows the therapist to take a full health history and gives the client time to ask any questions they may have. At the end of the massage the client will have time to reconnect and clear their head. Next, the therapist will conduct a post review of his findings. The therapist will also provide a treatment plan to address tension, holding patterns, scar tissue or fascial restrictions he may have uncovered. Addressing these issues sooner, rather than later, will improve the client’s well being and increase their quality of life.

Massages are set on four time frames. Each time frame is recommended by the practitioner to bring a specific therapeutic result.

90 minute massage
