Best Trainer I have ever had…
Working out is my one hour of the day. My children get the other 23. So, making the most of my work out is very important to me. I have never met anyone as dedicated to fitness as my trainer and all the trainers at Tri-D.
As far as I am concerned Tri-D employs the best, most experienced trainers out there.”

TRX training works on balance, coordination, core strength, lean body mass, while giving you a good full body workout in the hour long sessions. I’ve seen noticeable improvements in myself and my fellow TRX training buddies. It is the best work out class in which I’ve ever participated.”
Pros: Trainers, location, lots of sweat, small class sizes.
Cons: I only have time for once a week right now.

When I reached my sixties, I realized that I wasn’t going to reach my seventies unless I became fit. I read a little tiny article in the Oregonian about “boutique” fitness clubs in Portland and by corresponding with the writer of the article, found out about Tri-D. I was pretty scared to call because I thought “I’m old. They won’t be able to do much with me.” They didn’t high pressure me and I saw there were lots of people just like me in their training programs. It’s the best thing I ever did in my life. I now have muscles that I didn’t even know existed, and I’m much stronger and sure on my feet. If you want to be in good shape in your older age – this is the place for you. Everything I’ve seen happen at TriD is awesome and I would have never believed it – but, it happened to me!

I’ve tried numerous things to lose weight: I cut calories, cut carbs, worked out for countless hours, etc. In fact, prior to signing up with Tri-D Fitness, I’d actually tried working out with numerous other trainers and at best, these “other trainers” helped me meet my goals about 50% of the way. One of my favorite things about working out at Tri-D, is that they are a constant source of support and they truly cares about their clients. Their client’s success is very personal to them. The level of dedication is unreal; they will not stop and will not be satisfied until you, the client, is happy.

“I originally came to Tri-D because I have demonstrated history of gaining weight quickly over the winter months. Each year it gets harder to shed the pounds. What I learned is that you need to work with fitness professionals. Key word professionals. I have tried the trainers at the gym and rarely had much success with them. They don’t have the depth of experience and professionalism I found with the Tri-D team.
