This 50-minute class is an energy-packed combination of total body exercises designed to challenge your endurance and increase strength.  We use the Crosscore 180 for 70% of the work-out and our own bodyweight plus ViPRs for the remainder.  The Crosscore is like a TRX on a pulley, which allows for a wider variety of exercises and a greater challenge to balance and core than traditional TRX.  As a multi-level class, participants are encouraged to work at their own intensity levels and are provided with several options for each exercise.
