Thursday Power and Strength TRX (class schedule)
This class will use the TRX straps for over 90% of the workout. Focused movements at an up-tempo pace will challenge your cardiovascular system, power, and overall strength. The quicker pace of this class is more suitable for those who have experience with the TRX, however, all levels are welcomed and encouraged. Class held – Th @ 530PM. Instructor: Jennifer Burningham
Beginning Wednesday, January 18th – Boxfit. If you are tired of the same routine, and need a kick-start to your fitness, maybe it’s time you punched something! Kickboxing is one of the very best workouts and is also one of the most gratifying…Let all that frustration out in a positive way! Boxfit will be a high intensity workout group with one goal: results. We will set goals for the month and help you achieve them! You will be responsible for turning in a food journal, taking measurements at the start and end of the month, and you will have a coach who is committed to helping you get there! The program cost is $80 for the month for new members. If you are a current Bootcamp or Tri-D Fitness member, your cost is $40 for the month! With each qualified referral you bring to a workout with you, you will receive a $20 credit for your next month. Previous Martial arts experience is not required. Class held W @ Noon – 1PM. Weight Loss Results/W.O.W (class schedule)
Many women are frustrated by the lack of individual attention they receive from group exercise instructors. Although most women have similar fitness goals (tone, weight loss, feeling better & more confident), rarely is there a class in a gym setting that marries these general goals with focus on the individual needs of each participant. Until now.
In W.O.W. (“Women’s ONLY Workout”), I will focus on classes that take into account your body weight and individual goals with exercises to improve balance, lose weight, increase core strength and range-of-motion, and boost your cardio health. You’ll feel supported and empowered, leaving each class eagerly anticipating the next one. The class will also work on correcting lifestyle habits for healthier living, sustainable weight loss, accountability, and achieving long and short term goals.
All levels are encouraged! Classes held Mondays and Wednesdays @ 545PM and every other Saturday @ 10AM* (Saturdays beginning January 21st).

Multiple Burn Circuit Training (class schedule)
This class is designed to provide a total body circuit training workout that supports fat burning as well as relieving and preventing pain issues in the body. Class held – T / Th @ 7PM. Instructor: Eric Spletstoser
Fitness Fusion Level 1 (class schedule)
For individuals starting up again after a long lay-off, or perhaps for the 1st-time. Focus is on building core strength, correcting muscle imbalances, developing overall conditioning, and toning. Class held M @ 7PM.

Fitness Fusion Level 2 (class schedule)
For individuals continuing on after completing Level 1, or have a minimum of 3 months of continuous training experience under their belt. Focus is on improving stability, power, strength, anaerobic conditioning, and rapid toning. Class held W @ 7PM. Instructor: Brad Berscheid
Crosscore and More
This 50-minute class is an energy-packed combination of total body exercises designed to challenge your endurance and increase strength. We use the Crosscore 180 for 70% of the work-out and our own bodyweight plus ViPRs for the remainder. The Crosscore is like a TRX on a pulley, which allows for a wider variety of exercises and a greater challenge to balance and core than traditional TRX. As a multi-level class, participants are encouraged to work at their own intensity levels and are provided with several options for each exercise. Classes held M/W @ Noon. Instructor: Nancy Korf
