Our staff is the reason Tri-D is the leader in helping people understand their bodies and what it takes to reach their health and fitness goals. Trainers are nationally certified and possess a diverse set of specialties ranging from changing body composition through diet and exercise, elite athlete training, or individualized programming for clients with chronic pain issues. Together, we possess the skills and experience of more than a half century!
Clients who workout at Tri-D have various needs. We strive to meet those needs at all levels. Some of our clients are involved with our weekly classes for $99 a month. Other clients needs are best met through personal training which can range in price from $70 to $90 per session. Once we hear about your needs and goals we will best be able to structure your fitness program for you!

Private 60 Minute Session Prices
12 sessions- $1080
24 sessions- $1920

Private 30 Minute Session Prices

Buddy Workouts: (2-3 people)
Cost is split between the 2 – 3 people:
12 sessions – $1800
24 sessions – $2880
Semi-Private Sessions: (4+ people)
Cost is per person in the group:
12 sessions- $300
24 sessions- $480

2) Payments (must be made prior to the sessions being used and will incur a 3% financing charge).
TriD Before and Afters:

Autumn made this transformation in 16 weeks! She came in for 2 personal training appointments every week in addition to weight training on her own 2 times/week. She did cardio 5 times/week and stuck to a nutritional plan and supplement plan.
