We are pleased to announce that we have added personal trainer Nancy Korf to our staff. The fitness industry has been her passion for 21 years, and her passion is contagious! As a wife, mother of two, fitness professional and volunteer, Nancy appreciates how hard it can be to keep exercise near the top of our to-do list. Her goal is to make the time that you commit to exercise as efficient, effective and fun as possible. Nancy brings some new equipment to Tri-D – Crosscores and ViPRs. The Crosscore 180 is similar to the TRX, but with a pulley at the top that adds rotational ability to the workout in a way that challenges the core and balance. ViPRs are weighted rubber tubes that are better experienced than explained. Nancy’s class will start on January 9th at Noon!
